    Job Title: Controls Engineer

    Responsibilities

    + Design and develop sophisticated control systems for robotic and electromechanical applications.

    + Implement motion control strategies and perform servo tuning.

    + Create dynamic models and run simulations using MATLAB.

    + Deploy control software on real-time platforms.

    + Conduct machine design analysis and select appropriate components.

    + Collaborate on research and development projects to foster innovation.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.

    + Strong background in mathematical modeling and analytical techniques.

    + Knowledge of dynamic system modeling, motion control algorithms, and control theory (e.g., PID, feedforward).

    + Proficiency in MATLAB for kinematic and dynamic modeling.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience with control systems, filter design, and tuning.

    + Programming experience in C and C++ for Linux and embedded systems.

    + Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, prototyping, and troubleshooting.

    + Prior internships, co-ops, or academic projects involving dynamic modeling and control systems are highly desirable.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
