• Product Engineer

    Responsibilities

    Provide technical support for sales and applications engineering.

     

    Answer technical inquiries from engineers and designers worldwide.

     

    Support implementation of next-generation interconnect solutions.

     

    Learn technical requirements of high-reliability systems.

     

    Work with customers to solve product challenges.

     

    Set up new build-to-order production packages.

     

    Read blueprints and customer proposals.

     

    Interact with design and engineering departments to address customer questions.

     

    Manage incoming bid opportunities from customers and sales reps.

     

    Work with engineering on customer drawing reviews, drawing proposals and other technical documentation.

     

    Develop an understanding of customer needs and company solutions.

     

    Serve as a technical point of contact for customer’s and internal sales reps.

     

    Prepare proposals & quotes for incoming requests.

     

    Help curate the growth of new business that aligns with company goals.

     

    Learn and explore new and existing technologies that are relevant to the industry.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
