Medical Assistant – Women’s Health / OB-GYN

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (One late evening per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Be the welcoming face patients trust—room patients, take vitals, and set the tone for their visit.

+ Deliver clarity and compassion when sharing test and lab results.

+ Keep care moving by coordinating with pharmacies for medication questions and refills.

+ Help patients stay on track by scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.

+ Travel to other Hartford County offices following your provider—because you’re part of the care journey!

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

+ 2–3 years of experience in a medical office (OB/GYN or women’s health experience = major bonus points!).

+ CMA/RMA certification or willingness to get it within 6 months.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Extra credit for call center or scheduling experience.

+ Must have MA diploma (required)

Work Details:

+ Scrubs and closed-toe shoes required (we keep it professional and safe).

+ 8:00 AM start time, one late evening per week (until 6 PM, occasionally 7:30 PM).

+ Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
