    We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Offsite Manufacturing team in Seattle. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.     Responsibilities

    + Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.

    + Track project financials and support budget adherence.

    + Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery.

    + Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project.

    + Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

    + Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.

    + 2–5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.

    + Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project).

    + Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.

    + Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.

    + Two or more years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working with a major mechanical subcontractor, primarily with HVAC systems, is highly preferred.

    + Familiarity with financial oversight on projects including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in an office in Seattle with no onsite work required. You will be joining a fast-growing team within one of the largest mechanical contractors in Seattle, focusing on supporting large data-center projects. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
