    Job Title: Lab Processor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Lab Processor responsible for handling and managing lab samples efficiently. The role involves receiving, inspecting, labeling, and correctly storing lab samples. You will work predominantly with urine samples, and must be comfortable with standing throughout the night.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and inspect lab samples to ensure they are intact and undamaged.

    + Store samples correctly in designated areas within the fridge.

    + Accurately label samples for proper identification.

    + Work with urine samples on a regular basis.

    + Stand for prolonged periods during night shifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, medical processing, and data entry.

    + Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as aliquoting, pipetting, and accessioning.

    + Familiarity with clinical laboratory processes, wet chemistry, microbiology, and analytic techniques.

    + Previous experience as a Lab Technician, Lab Assistant, or Phlebotomist is advantageous.

    + Comfortable working with bodily samples and handling heavy lab machinery.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
