Description

We are looking for an organized and personable individual to join our team as a Concierge in Boston, Massachusetts. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional guest services while ensuring smooth operational support within a dynamic workplace. Your role will involve a combination of front desk coordination, vendor management, and assisting in daily site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.

• Coordinate and communicate with vendors to address service requests and site needs.

• Provide front desk coverage, answering routine inquiries from staff, clients, and vendors.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site documentation and operational manuals.

• Support event setup and operational activities as needed.

• Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site operations.

• Help organize site meetings and prepare relevant materials for stakeholders.

• Implement and uphold site procedures and protocols to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with other coordinators to manage daily tasks and provide seamless support.

Requirements • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing administrative or operational role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.

• Preferred experience in facilities or property management.

• Basic knowledge of building operations, vendor management, and health and safety practices. TalentMatch®
