Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Azusa, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent while maintaining a seamless candidate experience. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including occasional travel to set up interview logistics.

• Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize and track candidate progress.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Utilize recruitment platforms such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools to identify candidates with relevant experience.

• Communicate effectively with candidates and team members to ensure a positive hiring experience.

• Assist in administering personality assessments and other evaluation tools during the interview process.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as CareerBuilder and CRM platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to travel up to 10% for interview coordination.

• Knowledge of conducting background checks and candidate evaluations.
