Robert Half is looking for a Print Production Designer to support the creation, production, and fulfillment of high quality printed materials. This role is hands on and production focused, working closely with internal teams to ensure print jobs are executed accurately, efficiently, and on deadline. This is a contract, part-time role that is onsite in Marysville, Washington.

Role: Print Production Designer

Duration: up to 9 months

Hours per week: 20

Responsibilities:

+ Operate standard print production equipment (printers, cutters, laminators, large-format printers)

+ Produce printed materials such as stickers, flyers, signage, and promotional posters at various sizes

+ Ensure accurate setup, output, and finishing of print jobs

+ Monitor print quality and identify errors or reprint needs

+ Produce and assemble items such as name tags, labels, badges, and signage

+ Perform laminating, cutting, trimming, and binding tasks

+ Organize and package finished materials for distribution

+ Organize and package promotional items for distribution

+ Follow safety protocols, maintain orderly production flow, and operational procedures

+ Perform basic equipment checks and monitor maintenance needs, report issues or supply needs

+ Track job status and communicate progress or delays

+ Coordinate with staff on priorities and deadlines

+ Use established workflow tool to receive, track, and update production requests; training will be provided on tool

Requirements

+ Prior experience in print production and hands-on production work

+ Ability to safely operate print and finishing equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

+ Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines

+ Ability to learn new tools
