    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) to provide day-to-day technical support for corporate IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves assisting employees with hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. You’ll work on a mix of daily support tickets, walk-ups, remote troubleshooting, and occasional project work.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide technical support for internal systems, hardware, and network infrastructure via walk-ups, tickets, email, IM, or phone

    + Install, upgrade, and support computer systems, software, peripherals, and multimedia conferencing solutions

    + Assist with server and networking infrastructure as needed

    + Handle onboarding and offboarding of users, including new hire setup

    + Offer facilities support for office locations, including building, telco, and ISP management

    + Participate in client's initiatives and project work as assigned

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Solid understanding of corporate IT technology solutions and infrastructure

    + Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) environments

    + Knowledge of AV support

    + Experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot imaging

    + Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    + Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
