Description We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Sacramento, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage HR processes efficiently and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding and orientation.

• Manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

• Facilitate employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other employment laws.

• Support leave of absence (LOA) processes and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration, including onboarding and employee relations.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities.

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant employment laws.

• Experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Ability to manage leave of absence (LOA) processes efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. TalentMatch®
