    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Customer Service & Parts Ordering Professional. This role is open due to an upcoming retirement, offering the unique opportunity to join this team!

    Position Overview

    This is a high-volume, customer-facing role supporting customers through accurate and timely parts ordering.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage a high volume of inbound calls related to parts inquiries and orders

    + Accurately enter and process parts orders from customers and dealers

    + Work directly with customers to provide responsive, knowledgeable service

    + Communicate with shipping companies to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries

    + Partner closely with the parts fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and on-time shipment

    + Support shipping cost-saving initiatives and logistics planning

    + Assist in planning and executing parts sales programs for dealers

    + Serve as a key point of coordination between customers, fulfillment, and internal teams

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Prior experience in parts ordering, customer service, or a related role preferred

    + Experience in agriculture, equipment, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus

    + Strong communication skills and comfort handling frequent phone interactions

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

    + High attention to detail and accuracy

    + Team-oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset
