Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a leading litigation boutique law firm is seeking a 4 plus years' experienced litigation paralegal to support their plaintiff's products liability practice. This position is largely a remote position. The ideal candidate would have solid trial experience and be able to manage a complex case load from start to finish. Experience with drafting basic pleadings, discovery, and motions, trial prep, e-filings experience, case intake, and docketing are required for this position. We are looking for a 5 plus years litigation paralegal who has strong communication & excellent written skills; high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and switch between tasks easily. Competence with Microsoft Office suite of products is essential. The firm offers an excellent pay. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, specifically in litigation.

• Proficiency in handling discovery, trial preparation, and case management tasks.

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices.

• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing legal documents.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working on personal injury litigation cases is highly desirable.
