Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will lead creative initiatives that align with corporate marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality visual designs across various platforms and mediums. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design skills, and leadership abilities to guide projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide graphic designers, illustrators, and animators throughout the creative process.

• Develop and execute designs for print materials, trade show graphics, packaging, and large-format displays.

• Create and maintain brand identity systems, style guides, and design standards to ensure consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver effective marketing campaigns.

• Design presentation decks, sales materials, and internal communications that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Produce high-quality production files for both digital deployment and print vendors.

• Present creative concepts, storyboards, and design decks to stakeholders for approval.

• Coordinate design resources and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and business objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design solutions.

• Engage and empower team members to deliver visually impactful campaigns using best practices. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior graphic design or art direction within an agency or corporate setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading design projects from initial concept through final execution.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.

• Background in digital-first workflows and print production processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative work to stakeholders. Innovation starts with people.®
