    Description We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Citrus Springs, Florida. In this role, you will support the sales team in showcasing new homes to prospective buyers while delivering exceptional service. This position involves working across two communities, typically four to five days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Showcase and prepare homes for viewings by prospective buyers, ensuring properties are aesthetically appealing and ready for presentation.

    • Operate security systems and conduct property inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.

    • Facilitate necessary adjustments to improve the overall appearance of homes, documenting changes as required.

    • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, establishing rapport to understand their housing needs and preferences.

    • Track and record visitor information, including how they discovered the community and monitoring traffic flow.

    • Provide detailed tours of model homes, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective buyers to foster trust and communication.

    • Complete registration cards for prospective buyers and document daily activities accurately.

    • Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, free of trash and debris.

    • Close model homes at the end of the day and complete necessary administrative tasks. Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with buyers and team members.

    • Ability to assert yourself in a positive and diplomatic manner when addressing customer needs.

    • Proven expertise in delivering excellent presentation and customer service.

    • Experience in inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, or outbound sales.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and daily records accurately.

    • Ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and maintain a detail-oriented approach.

    • Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer questions or concerns.
