    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Key Biscayne, Florida. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the real estate team with administrative and listing coordination tasks.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and providing excellent customer service.

    • Coordinate real estate listings and assist with transaction documentation to ensure timely and accurate processing.

    • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to maintain updated records and databases.

    • Support office administrative needs, such as organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

    • Provide assistance during client interactions and appointments to enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Monitor and address inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming environment.

    • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations in handling sensitive information.

    • Assist with preparing reports and presentations for team meetings and client reviews.

    • Foster a positive and organized office environment that supports productivity and teamwork. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.

    • Strong proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with real estate listing coordination and transaction processes.

    • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage high call volumes.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
