Description We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lewis Center, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and managing the Rithum platform to enhance ecommerce marketplace operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams while driving improvements and providing expert guidance for seamless platform performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training to sales and operations teams, ensuring they can effectively use the platform for uploads, reporting, and other functionalities.

• Enhance the Rithum platform configuration to support efficient ecommerce marketplace operations.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to product feeds, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and order workflows.

• Identify and address feed errors, data synchronization challenges, and technical issues impacting platform performance.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions.

• Recommend best practices to improve automation, scalability, and overall system efficiency.

• Oversee and execute a thorough catalog clean-up to ensure accuracy and organization.

• Support the launch of new marketplaces and implement platform upgrades.

• Develop clear documentation and technical guides for team reference and process handovers.

• Provide ongoing advisory services throughout the contract duration to ensure consistent platform optimization. Requirements • Extensive hands-on experience working with the Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor) platform.

• In-depth understanding of ecommerce marketplaces and omnichannel sales strategies.

• Proficiency in managing product data feeds, inventory workflows, and order processing systems.

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical and data-related issues independently.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities in a contract setting.

• Familiarity with APIs, including API management and testing, to support platform integration.

• Expertise in providing technical guidance and developing strategic digital solutions. Innovation starts with people.®
