About the Opportunity

We are building a pipeline of senior SAP S/4HANA Program and Project Managers to support upcoming finance and ERP transformation initiatives within large financial services organizations. These engagements focus on modernizing core finance, risk, and regulatory platforms while ensuring compliance with complex industry requirements.

This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery leader who has successfully driven end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and thrives in highly regulated, enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA programs from initiation through post–go-live stabilization

+ Own program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependency management

+ Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Technology

+ Ensure program execution aligns with regulatory and audit standards (SOX, Basel, IFRS, CCAR, internal controls)

+ Manage and oversee system integrators, vendors, and global delivery partners

+ Drive alignment across SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, GRC, and related integrations

+ Provide executive-level reporting, steering committee facilitation, and decision support

+ Lead testing strategy, data migration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution

+ Promote adoption of SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile delivery models

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ 10+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs

+ Proven delivery of at least one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation

+ Experience within banking, insurance, capital markets, or financial services environments

+ Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance and financial services business processes

+ Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream, global programs

+ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice to Have

+ Experience delivering SAP programs in highly regulated environments

+ SAP Activate, PMP, SAFe, or other delivery certifications

+ Background in finance modernization, regulatory reporting, or data harmonization initiatives
