Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing financial transactions, handling collections, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle commercial collections, maintaining clear and attentive communication with clients to resolve outstanding balances.

• Apply payments to accounts efficiently while reconciling discrepancies.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate and complete.

• Generate invoices and assist with billing functions as needed.

• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.

• Prepare reports related to accounts receivable activity for management review.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment or billing issues.

• Maintain organized records of collections, reconciliations, and cash applications.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

• Proficiency in managing commercial collections and cash applications.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and billing functions.

• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with financial software and tools used in accounts receivable processes.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
