Join our company as a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, supporting customers in both English and Spanish across a variety of channels. We are seeking adaptable, detail-oriented professionals who excel in fast-paced, remote environments and are committed to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English

+ Resolve questions, concerns, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

+ Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately

+ Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

+ Uphold company values, policies, and standards of service

+ Meet or exceed individual and team metrics for productivity and quality

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

+ Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred

+ Proficient with technology and comfortable working remotely

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize

+ Strong problem-solving abilities

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
