Description

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity for long-term growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing service calls, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming service calls and assign tasks to appropriate personnel.

• Coordinate schedules and routes to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address inquiries.

• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage and track assignments.

• Monitor ongoing service activities to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during dispatch operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and concerns.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements • Previous experience in dispatching or a related role.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems and logistics coordination.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
