Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist with relevant experience to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This is a Contract position within a high-end real estate environment, ideal for someone who is friendly, articulate, and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients with courtesy and warmth.

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Perform light clerical duties, including data entry and maintaining organized records.

• Support the sales team by coordinating front desk activities and providing administrative assistance.

• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.

• Provide excellent customer service in a high-end environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Learn and adapt to specific procedures during the initial training period. Requirements • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

• Strong communication skills with a clear and attentive speaking manner.

• Proficiency in data entry and basic clerical tasks.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-end environment.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service abilities.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
