Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our team in Roxbury, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing key administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner.

• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

• Manage switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines, directing calls efficiently.

• Provide assistance to callers by addressing inquiries and routing them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

• Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high standard when handling sensitive information. Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Proven experience in receptionist duties, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Well-groomed appearance and courteous demeanor.

• Basic proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
