Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a growing finance team and partner closely with senior leadership. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in managing month-end close processes, complex accounting matters, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting principles and a commitment to driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions

• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance accounting procedures and implement best practices.

• Monitor financial operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all accounting activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of detail-oriented accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

• CPA required

• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and support audits.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with deep expertise in ASC 606

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Proven ability to write technical accounting memoranda
