Description We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Strategist to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance both creative and operational workflows within the healthcare and social assistance industry. The position requires approximately 10–15 hours of commitment per month, with flexibility based on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI agents capable of supporting marketing and creative processes.

• Design effective prompts and instructions to optimize AI performance and usability.

• Collaborate with the team to create AI tools, including bots for analyzing creative briefs and generating omni-channel campaign concepts.

• Continuously innovate and enhance AI workflows to boost efficiency and drive creativity.

• Provide recommendations for improving AI-driven solutions based on user feedback and performance data. Requirements • Proven expertise in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or conversational AI development.

• Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot.

• Strong knowledge of marketing and creative workflows.

• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, flexible solutions.

• Experience in customer demand planning, supply chain management, and demand forecasting.

• Proficiency in supply chain logistics and forecasting methodologies.
