Description We are looking for a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team in Northwood, Ohio. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a global organization, collaborating with colleagues across North and South America. The successful candidate will gain exposure to senior management and develop leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills while contributing to impactful audits. This position involves dynamic, risk-based auditing and provides a pathway for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based financial and operational audits, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

• Perform audit testing, analyze findings, and prepare recommendations under the guidance of senior audit staff.

• Collaborate with team members on fraud investigations, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, values, and principles during all audit activities.

• Participate in travel assignments across North and South America, fostering cross-regional collaboration.

• Assist in drafting comprehensive audit reports and providing actionable insights to management.

• Utilize analytical tools and software to support audit procedures and data analysis.

• Contribute to the continuous development of audit methodologies and practices.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to enhance audit effectiveness. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, internal audit, or external audit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or actively pursuing such a degree.

• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily within North and South America.

• Demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Familiarity with data analytics software and foreign languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
