Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to support restaurant-focused design projects. This role is ideal for a designer who is highly skilled in drafting and construction documentation and has hands-on experience working within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design drawings and construction documents for restaurant spaces

• Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD

• Translate design concepts into technical drawings that align with operational and brand requirements

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed correctly

• Support revisions, redlines, and updates throughout project phases

• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, ADA requirements, and restaurant industry standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong focus on restaurant or hospitality projects

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required)

• Strong understanding of restaurant layouts, workflows, and guest experience design

• Ability to produce detailed, permit-ready drawing sets

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Experience working on fast-paced, multi-location restaurant projects

• Familiarity with materials, finishes, and FF& E specific to food and beverage environments
