    Job Title: Program Manager

    Job Description

    The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), managing suppliers, and handling Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will manage project schedules and resource plans to ensure successful project execution. This role provides essential support to the engineering team by coordinating timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between project milestones and business goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and parts.

    + Oversee supplier management.

    + Handle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with a background in Arena or Agile.

    + Manage project schedules and resource plans.

    + Coordinate with the engineering team to support project execution.

    + Identify risks and ensure alignment between project milestones and business goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience managing BOMs and parts.

    + Experience with supplier management.

    + background in PLM, specifically Arena or Agile.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Proficiency in MS Project.

    + Experience with prototypes, hardware, and New Product Introduction (NPI).

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Prior mechanical design experience in SolidWorks.

    Work Environment

    The work environment requires onsite presence four days per week (Monday to Thursday), with remote work on Fridays unless work dictates otherwise. This opportunity is part of a renewable energy company known for its cutting-edge technology, providing a great chance to work on a 6-month reverse engineering project and prove oneself for future opportunities.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.68/hr.
