    Job Title: Production Supervisor - Bilingual

    Job Description

    This position entails managing and overseeing painting crews and maintaining customer relationships on a daily basis. The role involves direct supervision of 10 to 15 painting crews, focusing on commercial and general contractor projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise production staff in the field.

    + Act as the liaison between painting crews and customers.

    + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    + Collaborate effectively with sales, field, and production teams.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction trades.

    + Production management and supervision skills.

    + Field supervision and crew scheduling expertise.

    + Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a MUST

    + Proficiency in construction and painting.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience overseeing crews within any construction trade. (Open to other management experience outside construction as well)

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Comfortable using technology, specifically Microsoft Office.

    The work environment involves managing multiple painting crews in commercial and general contractor settings. The role requires collaboration across various teams and the use of technology such as Microsoft Office for effective communication and project management.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
