    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative CNC Manufacturing Specialist who can recommend improvements to the design process, develop and test tools, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing, with a strong background in machining processes. The ability to manage and organizemultiple projects is also necessary.

    Responsibilities

    + Recommend improvements to the design process.

    + Design, develop, and test tools, machinery, and equipment.

    + Engage in product development.

    + Apply Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

    + Utilize a strong background in machining processes.

    + Manage and organize multiple projects.

    + Take a project from concept to completion.

    + Integrate standards and custom designs.

    + Quoting of new parts.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in CNC, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

    + Proficiency in SolidWorks.

    + Lean Manufacturing experience..

    + Forecasting and planning experience.

    + Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

    + Ability to take a project from concept to completion.

    + Strong background in machining processes.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Quality engineering experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is anon-climate controlled warehouse. The facility accommodates around 150 personnel.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
