We are seeking a versatile Project Manager/Estimator to oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. This role combines hands-on project management with preconstruction estimating responsibilities, including take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering to deliver competitive bids. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractor relationships, and maintain accurate documentation while providing regular client communication and financial forecasting. Additionally, you’ll support business development by contributing to proposals, bid strategies and leveraging estimating insights to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
+ Review submittals and RFPs.
+ Communicate regularly with clients to set expectations, solve problems, and maintain relationships.
+ Coordinate scheduling and cost estimates.
+ Conduct construction estimating and oversee demolition processes.
+ Engage in preconstruction activities and value engineering.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years in commercial construction project management or related roles.
+ Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and project financials.
+ Strong client communication and organizational skills.
+ Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore and MS Project.

Work Environment
The position offers flexibility, being primarily remote with occasional travel required for site visits. You will engage with local work at the Port of Seattle starting in February, with monthly visits to further locations. The role allows for significant growth and the opportunity to wear multiple hats in a small company setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
