Job Description
This role focuses on our growing monoclonal antibody and vaccine portfolios, working closely with partner groups across the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct laboratory experiments supporting analytical method transfer.
+ Perform processes and operate equipment required for large-scale monoclonal antibody production.
+ Utilize various modern analytical tools and technologies such as U/HPLC, ELISA, GC, MS, dissolution, and particle size measurement.
+ Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as necessary.
+ Understand, follow, and accurately complete process documentation to ensure high-quality product standards.
+ Adhere to safety policies and work collaboratively with members from other departments.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in chemistry and analytical chemistry.
+ Proficiency with HPLC, ELISA, Empower Software, and other laboratory technologies.
+ Strong understanding of quality control, method transfer, method validation, and GDP, GMP, GLP standards.
+ Excellent documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in large-scale production or laboratory scale.
+ In-depth knowledge of modern techniques for separation science, including HPLC, NMR, GC, LC/MS, and dissolution.
+ Understanding of chemistry and formulation processes.
+ Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical development process.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lithia Springs, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $55.00/hr.
