Summary:

+ Responsible for establishing and overseeing the operating model and governance methodology for a comprehensive program to identify, assess, monitor, control and manage technical recovery risk for all IT and Business-supported applications enterprise wide. Lead our Technical Recovery and Business Continuity planning functions to minimize any disruption to our customers and colleagues should any impacting event arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans

+ Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses

+ Coordinate incident response and crisis management activities

+ Ensure organizational compliance with resiliency standards and regulations

+ Oversee training and awareness programs for business continuity

+ Monitor and test recovery procedures and plans regularly

+ Collaborate with departments to ensure integration of resiliency into business processes

+ Lead the development and maintenance of continuity policies and procedures

+ Provide leadership during real-time incident management and recovery efforts

+ Prepare and present enterprise resiliency reports to senior management

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 10+ years of related experience

+ Excellent client management skills

+ Ability to make swift, data driven decisions

+ Technology-enabled innovation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 15+ years of related experience

+ Strong leadership and coaching skills

+ Ability to resolve issues and drive performance

+ Skilled in articulating and interacting with both technical and non-technical leaders

+ Experience with cloud architecture and adoption

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Goal-oriented

+ Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

+ Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability

+ Resourceful

+ Effectively manages stress in a constantly changing environment
