Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

Who are we looking for?

+ Automotive Service BDC is required

+ Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service

+ Outstanding follow-up skills

+ Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls

+ Strong communication skills –both verbal and written

+ Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

+ Highly organized with attention to detail

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. The hourly wage for this position is $18.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
