    SouthSota Mister Sparky Electric is building a best-in-class electrical operation, and we’re looking for alicensed Master Electricianwho wants more than a truck and a schedule.

     

    This role is for a senior electrician who wantsauthority, influence, and a clear runway into leadership—not micromanagement, chaos, or corner-cutting.

    What You’ll Own

     

    + Serve as atechnical leader in the field, setting the standard for quality, safety, and code compliance

    + Lead complex residential and light commercial projects with full support

    + Mentor and develop apprentices(with management backing—not babysitting)

    + Influence install standards, workflows, and best practices that actually get implemented

    + Partner with leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and customer experience

     

    This is a role withreal input and real accountability.

     

    Leadership Path (Defined, Not Theoretical)

    This position is intentionally built as alaunchpadinto:

    + Field Supervisor

    + Estimator

    + Operations / Technical Leadership

     

    High performers are expected to step into expanded responsibility within6–12 months, based on results—not politics or tenure.
