    Effectively partner with teams to test and implement improvements around outcomes, safety, experience, efficiency, and value. The PI consultant will actively build support for the development of organizational capacity to empower system staff to lead, coach, and support improvement initiatives using established improvement tools and methodologies to higher levels of reliability.
