What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Associate, you will be a key part of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Conducting preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth and optimal operations.

+ Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a timely and effective manner.

+ Operating, inspecting, and testing equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

+ Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

+ Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.

+ Collaborating with production teams to plan maintenance without impacting productivity.

+ Supporting the installation and setup of new machinery and staying on top of industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

+ Upholding health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing tools and equipment.

What You’ll Have

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

+ A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications or vocational training in areas like mechanical or electrical systems (preferred).

+ 3+ years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.

+ Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Skillful use of hand and power tools, with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and schematics.

+ Electrical certification preferred.

+ Awareness of safety protocols, paired with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

+ A driven, team-oriented mindset, plus the ability to work independently.

+ Flexibility to take on various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
