    As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for visiting various departments to collect lab boxes, completing necessary paperwork, entering the collected information into the computer system, and returning the lab boxes to the main hospital office.

    Responsibilities

    + Visit departments to collect lab boxes.

    + Complete necessary paperwork for each collection.

    + Enter collected information into the computer system accurately.

    + Return lab boxes to the main hospital office.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    + Proficient typing skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required for full-time employment.

    + Must be computer savvy.

    + Ability to utilize a handheld device.

    Work Environment

    The position operates Monday through Friday with two shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates should be comfortable working both shifts. Additionally, one Saturday and Sunday per month is required, with a day off usually provided on Tuesday or Wednesday unless overtime is desired. The role requires wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as you will be on your feet. Clothing should be free of rips or excessive wear.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
