    Student - Clerical

     

    We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Student - Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) in our Burlington, Wisconsin location. These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union.

     

    Candidates must be available to work full-time during the summer. Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm - these hours are flexible.

     

    Starting Pay: $20.75

    Job Responsibilities

    + Assistance with general clerical office support duties.

    + Data entry.

    + Processing permits.

    + Restoration follow-up.

    + Job close outs.

    + Gas Inactives processing.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Must be 18 years of age or older.

    + High School diploma, GED, or HSED.

    + Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree.

    + Valid Driver’s License.

    + This position requires you to use your personal vehicle to travel to various worksites throughout the day.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Strong computer skills.

    + The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong ability to multitask and ask the right questions.

    + Pursuing a degree in Business or Accounting.

    The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
