+ Salary: $167,980 - $209,975 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
+ The Market Director oversees execution in all local, regional and national Food Service on Premise (FSOP) accounts as well as the relationships serving as the connection point with the operations leadership team
+ As a Market Director, you will collaborate with field service, vending, and bottler food service teams to provide feedback on the customer teams and premise leadership on marketplace conditions inclusive of competition and pricing as well as what will and will not work to national and bottler teams
+ You will identify and develop a team for the market unit FSOP selling team ensuring development and organizational structure by providing inspirational leadership and execution of all engagement initiatives
+ You will adhere to customer marketing agreements and execute and fulfill all channel, package, and pricing plans provided by commercial leadership team
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of sales or related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s degree
