    Hybrid 3 Days a Week On-Site, 2 Days Remote

    Description

    • SharePoint administration and configuration

    • Managing SharePoint policies and compliance (especially DLP — Data Loss Prevention)

    • Writing shell scripts or utility scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

    • Providing support and training to users

    • Understanding how to protect and share enterprise data safely

    Skills:

    + 5+ years working with:

    + SharePoint SE (stands for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition)

    + Microsoft 365

    + SharePoint Online

    + SharePoint administration and configuration

    + Managing SharePoint policies and compliance (especially DLP — Data Loss Prevention)

    + Writing shell scripts or utility scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

    + Providing support and training to users

    + Understanding how to protect and share enterprise data safely

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Position Summary:

    + Global Cloud/Email Architecture and Engineering is looking for an experienced Microsoft SharePoint SE Engineer to join our team.

    + Assists in the development and execution of best-in-class engineering procedures to support SharePoint SE delivery

    + Designs, engineers, installs, manages, and troubleshoots SharePoint SE services

    + Assists members of the engineering team with duties as assigned by management

    + Focus on process changes that will contribute to increased operational excellence and an improved user experience

    + Facilitates problem resolution (both reactive and proactive) throughout the engineering lifecycle, including problem classification, prioritization, and initiation of action

    + Effectively collaborate with your engineering peers and management for new initiative solution planning, engineering, testing/validation, complex troubleshooting, and problem resolution

    + 5+ years’ experience of supporting engineering for SharePoint SE, Microsoft 365 and/or SharePoint Online.

    + Experience with SharePoint administration, configuration, and policy management

    + Experience with SharePoint focused DLP polices and compliance systems

    + Experience creating shell programs and utility scripts

    + Experience with providing operations and user support software / hardware training to formulate technology solutions and ensure the effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data

    This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
