    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Localization Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of media localization for global content delivery. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of localized assets.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage day-to-day scheduling, tracking, and verification of localization orders.

    + Coordinate with internal production teams and third-party vendors on timelines, proxy deliveries, and metadata requirements.

    + Create purchase orders for localization services and reconcile invoices for approval and payment.

    + Monitor all milestone and delivery due dates, update schedules, issue alerts for delays, and report status throughout final delivery to stakeholders.

    Key Qualifications

    + Minimum of 2-4+ years' experience managing complex media localization workflows across digital content platforms, creator communities, streaming services, or modern content delivery environments

    + Advanced knowledge of video and audio localization servicing workflows (foreign language subtitles, SDH, captions and dubbing)

    + Understanding of the requirements and standards of different countries

    + Knowledge of how to work with different audio/video containers, codecs, and file formats

    + Adaptive and innovative, able to manage multiple expectations while identifying opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced, growing environment

    + Proficiency in LAS, German or Japanese preferred

    + Proficiency with Airtable, including automation features and workflow optimization capabilities

    This is a Contract position based out of Culver City, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
