+ MUST have 1-2 years of CSR experience (inbound & outbound calls) + order processing
+ 6 month contract to hire!

Description
The job duties will include but not limited to quoting customers via phone, fax or email, and processing and expediting orders via fax or email.
-Dealing with electronic invoices
-Taking inbound calls from customers/ clients
- Providing quotes and wait times for certain products
-outbound calls to prospective clients and explaining offers and pricing
-Overall administrative assistance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
