    **Job Title:** CMM Technician

    **Location:** Manor, TX 78653

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift (M-F, 2:30PM - 10:30PM)

    **Industry:** automotive manufacturing

    **Pay:** $30.28/hr

     

    _Join our team and make an impact in precision manufacturing! We’re looking for a skilled CMM Technician to support our measurement lab and quality processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with CMM programming and calibration, we want to hear from you._

    Responsibilities:

    + Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements

    + Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices

    + Conduct product/process capability analysis, audits, and root cause investigations

    + Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements

    + Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities

    + React promptly to out-of-spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns

    Requirements:

    + Technical education or training in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

    + 3+ years in Quality or related field

    + Skilled in Blueprint Reading, official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers

    + Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams

    **Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer

    **Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
