    Job Description Summary

    The Inquiry to Order (ITO) Project Manager will work closely with the nuclear installed base services team. They will assist product line leaders by directing and coordinating required activities for potential projects from R1 (bid/no bid), R2 (proposal preparation), R3 (proposal negotiation), and R4 (ITO to Order to Remittance (OTR) handoff). The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

    • Ensure aschedule iscreatedfor each opportunity inaccordance with theWorkforce PlanningandSchedulingprocedure

    • Maintainstatus and organizationofmultipleopportunities/proposals in variousstagesofthe ITOprocess

    • Develop andmaintainscheduletemplates/ standard workbyleveragingpastprojectexecution lessons learnedandprojectchangerequests

    • Createproposalrequestsforsubcontractedwork asapplicable

    • Navigatethecommercialriskmanagement processfor each opportunityby identifyingtechnicalrisksand implementriskmitigation plans

    • Facilitateproposalkickoffmeetings

    • Facilitatecustomer proposalcommentresolutionsessions

    • Collaboratewithlegalto develop non-disclosure agreements as necessary

    • Review purchase ordercontractsandcomparetoproposallanguageto ensurecompliance

    • MonitorschedulestoensuretheProjectPlanned Startmatchthe bestestimatefor when the projectwork will begin

    • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of planning process toward strategic goals, make data-driven decisions, and evaluate the success of individuals, teams, or the entire organization

    • Identify areas for improvement, track operational efficiency, and ensure that daily activities contribute to broader objectives, offering insights beyond intuition

    • Experience orfamiliarity withBoilingWater Reactor(BWR) orSodiumFastReactor (SFR)designs

    • Strongoral and writtencommunicationskills

    • Demonstrated abilitytoanalyze andresolve problems

    For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

     

    Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
