Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
School Year: 2025–2026 (following district calendar)
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in California schools . The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with speech, language, and articulation disorders and proficient in using SEIS , a web-based system for managing IEPs and Special Education data. Responsibilities:
+ Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
+ Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
+ Maintain accurate documentation using SEIS.
+ Support students with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
+ Certification:
+ Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License.
+ ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in California schools.
+ Skills:
+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
+ Familiarity with SEIS platform.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.
+ Commitment to supporting students with speech, language, and articulation disorders.
