    Amergis Staffing is currentlyseeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for the 2025/26 school year in the National City, CA area.

     

    Position Details: CA COTA Certification,

     

    Hours/Week: 40 hours

     

    Start Date: January 26th, 2026-June 10th, 2026

     

    Length: 25/26 School Year

     

    Details: Grade Level K-6thgrade, In person only, Caseload 60-70, School experience, will be assigned 2-3school sites within the School District

     

    Pay: Travel Rate: $2,260(for Candidate over 50 miles)

     

    (If under 50 miles) LocalRate: $50/hour

    Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, theCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy servicesincluding treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, anddocumentation to students in the school setting.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current certification or licensure as an OccupationalTherapy Assistant in the state of practice

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyAssistant required

    + One (1) year of experience as an Occupational TherapyAssistant preferred

    + Pediatric experience preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
