Job Description

AECOM LATAM is looking for an experienced Project Controls Analyst based in our Coral Gables, FL office.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction & startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost.

+ Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.

+ Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization.

+ Services include setting up and managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data (EAC costs, hours), analyzing project risks (contingency management), managing change and incorporating scope variations into schedule and cost deliverables, and preparing associated reports.

+ Supports moderately complex project(s), working under general supervision.

+ Prepares various financial reports and provides analysis and recommendations based on findings.

+ Requires a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner. Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting practices.

+ Performs audits and generates special financial reports.

+ Reviews projects for accurate revenue recognition and provides project analysis and recommendations based on findings

Qualifications

Minimum Requires:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in related field

+ English and Spanish fluency

Preferred Requirements

+ Previous experience with AECOM LATAM Finance & Operations
