    Full-Time | $45,000–$50,000 Base + Quarterly Bonuses

    We’re seeking a **Customer Development Representative** to manage and grow an established book of business while developing long-term customer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys a mix of field-based and onsite work.

    The Opportunity

     

    As a Customer Development Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to your accounts—driving sales growth, introducing new products and trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in strengthening existing relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business.

    What You’ll Do as a Customer Development Representative

    + Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B customer accounts

    + Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

    + Conduct in-person account visits to present apparel lines and identify growth opportunities

    + Process and manage orders with accuracy, timeliness, and a service-first mindset

    + Analyze account performance and drive year-over-year revenue growth

    + Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to exceed performance goals

    + Travel locally 2–3 days per week (occasional out-of-state travel after training)

    What We’re Looking For in a Customer Development Representative

    + Experience in customer development, account management, outside sales, or client relations

    + B2B sales experience preferred; wholesale, apparel, or sporting goods experience is a plus

    + Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    + Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
