Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years relevant experience or

+ Master's Degree and minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Preferred Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and with 5 years related work experience in a system engineering/analysis area

Relevant Work Experience

+ Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus. Required

+ Strong communications, presentation, writing, and analytical skills. Required

+ Experience with creating requirements and tracking projects in Azure Dev or similar. Required

+ Experience managing budgets and forecasts. Required

+ Ability to facilitate meetings to decompose business processes and understand required changes to leverage benefits of analytics. Required

+ Experience developing resource plans for large project and the roles required for delivery Preferred

+ Experience in producing formal presentations and documentation for executive and regulatory share out. Preferred

+ Experience with SAFe Agile program management and/or transformation. Preferred

+ Experience with energy efficiency, demand-side management, electric vehicles, and/or other clean energy program from a utility or participating vendor perspective. Preferred

+ Familiar with New York States Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA), Con Edisons rate case, New Efficiency New York, and/or other relevant clean energy regulations or proceedings. Preferred

+ Strong skills and experience with the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Preferred

Additional Physical Demands

+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.

+ Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
