    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree 3 years of work experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills. Required

    + Demonstrated planning and organizational skills. Required

    + Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Required

    + Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Required

    + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Required

    + Experience operating clean energy programs. Required

    + Experience with or knowledge of electric vehicle technologies. Preferred

    + Experience with or knowledge of medium-heavy duty vehicle and electric school bus programs and state of the market. Preferred

    + Demonstrated experience analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information. Preferred

    + Public speaking experience and technical writing skills. Preferred

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
